I am SO excited that you decided to drop by and see what Happyminds is all about! I never expected that I would be making a career out of my obsession with health and helping people online, but here I am! I am thrilled to be able to reach so many people, especially during such a frustrating and confusing time. Gyms are closed down, people are afraid of close contact with one another and it feels as though life has completely and indefinitely been put on hold.
Take advantage of these strange and somewhat frightening times! I believe that through simple lifestyle changes, you can improve your mental and physical health more than you ever imagined! What better time to start focusing on yourself and your future?
Why do this?
Because the first step to making improvements in our lives is to learn and educate ourselves on WHY this works. It’s one thing to be told that it works, but when you are able to grasp the reality of science based facts, you are more likely to stick to it and YOU WILL reach what goals you have set for yourself, and even beyond your goals!
Because being held accountable is the most overlooked factor in making lifestyle changes! Having a coach that can explain things clearly and be up front with you will highly increase your chances of reaching your goals. Don’t want to drag your loved ones into holding you accountable? Don’t, I’ve got your back! (and when they see your results, they’ll be begging to join you on your journey!)
Everyone is capable of making these changes! Everyone is capable of reaching their goals! No matter how far out those goals may seem, they are REALISTIC. We’re human, and its important that we have someone reassure us of this critical factor!
I am one of the very rare populations of trainers that obsesses over facts. I get excited about researching studies catered towards body composition and how nutrition affects us mentally and physically!
