My Unique Approach to Coaching
As a Certified Health Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I have undergone extensive training to provide expert guidance in health and wellness. But beyond my credentials, my approach is deeply personal—I have firsthand experience with many of the challenges I help my clients overcome. My own journey with an eating disorder, combined with years of navigating the high-pressure corporate world, has given me an intimate understanding of anxiety, burnout, and low self-esteem.
This unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise allows me to connect with my clients on a human level—something that cannot be learned in books. With a strong foundation in holistic health, mindfulness, and breathwork, as well as a background as a Project Manager, Yoga Instructor, and Breathwork Specialist, I offer a truly comprehensive and personalized approach to mental and physical well-being, stress management, and personal growth.
