In this class, we focus on the foundational principles of Hatha, emphasizing breath control, body awareness, and mindfulness, while introducing a continuous flow between poses. It offers a balance between the meditative aspects of traditional Hatha and the energizing sequences of a Vinyasa practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this Hatha Flow class provides an accessible experience to all levels.

Hatha Yoga

Maternity is a wonderful journey that I encourage all women to embrace and enjoy since the very beginning of pregnancy. In the world of Yoga, I strongly believe that experiencing it myself before teaching is a must. Thanks to my qualifications in pre and postnatal yoga, I was lucky enough to be able to self-practice asana, pranayama, and meditation every day throughout my pregnancy with my daughter. This allowed me to explore and experiment with how my own teachings and approach to pregnancy yoga felt. I gained valuable insights during this beautiful and emotional phase of my yoga journey, and now I look forward to sharing with all those mamas-to-be.

During these classes, you won’t only feel relaxed and create a stronger bond with your baby, but also, we will work on strengthening your body and mind to get ready for birth. We will work on the pelvic floor, flexibility, and you will learn how to gain more control over your respiratory system as well as embrace the constant flow of emotions that accompany pregnancy.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Breathwork & Meditation

If you would like to experience the true meaning of Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation should be key aspects of your practice. Your breath is the link between your body and mind and the anchor that will allow you to enter a meditative state, and breathwork is like a remote control for your mind and nervous system.

As a Breath Coach Specialist, I love teaching a wide range of breathing techniques tailored to students and their needs. During these classes, we practice a variety of breathwork sequences that will help you relax (or energize), balance your body and mind, and connect with your bodily sensations on a deeper level of awareness. We will conclude the practice with guided meditations to transport you to a deep yogic experience.

The Complete Practice

It is somewhat unrealistic to provide a full yogic experience in just a 45-60 minute class. To truly experience the essence of Yoga, a complete practice incorporating a balance between asana (yoga postures), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation is essential.

I offer tailored Complete Yoga Practices, where you will explore the three key aspects of Yoga over a 1.5-hour class. If you would like to know more about this, please contact me directly.
